Being an intense drama of father-son relationship, Akshay Kumar confesses that Patiala House has no references to his real life as he says, “I had a loving and affectionate father, who sacrificed a lot for me. He used to work double shifts to pay for my martial arts training. My parents were completely supportive of fulfilling my dreams.”In contrast, Patiala House deals with a father, who wants his son to give up his dreams and so does his son for the love he has for his dad.
Akshay Kumar reports that he wanted to take a break from comedy flicks and perform something serious. Last time, we saw him in such a role was Namaste London that turned to be a remarkable movie in his career.
